WHY YOU ARE NOT SEEING RESULTS IN THE GYM

A lot of you guys are going about getting results completely wrong.

Improving your body composition is not hard if you have a structured plan.

The problem is a lot you guys are going in completely blind and hoping to stumble across results by chance. Most don’t get results and the very small percentage of those who do get them through sheer luck 🍀

If your training consists of you having no plan or going into the gym and doing random shit in the hopes it will get a result. Big wrong. If your nutrition revolves around you cutting carbs, eliminating food groups, eating less sugar, or eating ‘healthy’ Big Wrong!

If you are not tracking and assessing your results from week to week and making adjustments based on data from the week. Massive wrong!

Take the luck out of getting results by:

✅ Having a well structured program with progression included. Making sure your progressing each week is what will actually allow you change the way you look fast.

✅ Understanding how many calories YOU need to get your desired result and learning how to structure your calories and macros for success.

✅ Tracking your results week to week and making adjustments to your plan so you keep making progress each week! No plan is going to keep working forever. Your body is very smart and will adapt to things quite quickly. That’s why cookie cutter plans just don’t work. You’ll get a small result in the beginning followed by a big, long plateau.

I don’t know about you guys but when I work hard for something I want to see a result. Nothing worse than working your ass off on a bad plan that gets you no where! If you structure and plan things correctly you will get very fast results 🎯
