THE ONLY DIET THAT ACTUALLY WORKS

It’s seems I speak to someone everyday that is following some whacky fad diet.

You guys have tried it all but a lot of you still struggle to achieve your ideal body! This is because most of you guys are doing everything except what works!

It doesn’t matter what the diet is! Keto, fasting, 5/2, carnivore, vegan, vegetarian the list goes on and on! The only reason any of these diets work (or don’t work in a lot of your cases) is because by eliminating something from your diet you have accidentally put yourself into a calorie deficit. There’s nothing inherently special about the diet itself.

You are counting on luck to get results 🍀 And it’s not working!

Instead of following fad diets where you eliminate foods or simply don’t eat for periods of time why don’t you track your calories and make sure you’re in a calorie deficit. No cutting out carbs! No fasting! No stupid restrictive shit. This way of doing things is effective because you’re not relying on luck, there’s nothing that you can’t eat and you can be confident that you’re getting sustainable results 💥 This is how we get results. This is why our clients change their body so quickly. You can do this too! And once you do you’ll wonder why you made it so hard on yourself before 🤔
